It was only 2 weeks ago, during Thanksgiving, that my Aunt made this for dinner on Saturday night. I changed it up a bit but it’s basically the same recipe, I added a vegetable serving. I love the colors of this dish. I also like the crispy skin :] [100% organic & wild] [...]


The original recipe calls for toffee but I can’t find toffee anywhere in Austin! I went to Whole Foods, HEB, Central Market, Asian supermarkets, and Sur La Table! Toffee was no where to be found AND they all thought I said “coffee” and showed me the coffee aisle -.-

I’m not sure if I will be cooking when I go home to Hong Kong. My mom is going to take the reigns on that. But if we go to an interesting restaurant, I’ll take pictures.
