Chocolate Almond Bars
The original recipe calls for toffee but I can’t find toffee anywhere in Austin! I went to Whole Foods, HEB, Central Market, Asian supermarkets, and Sur La Table! Toffee was no where to be found AND they all thought I said “coffee” and showed me the coffee aisle -.-

It’ll be snowing until 1/4
The snow will continue to fall until January 4, 2009.
I’m not sure if I will be cooking when I go home to Hong Kong. My mom is going to take the reigns on that. But if we go to an interesting restaurant, I’ll take pictures.
