My drink is called a Rontini and my pizza is a Ronizza!
I really wanted pizza last night but was not able to get any so I decided to give yeast another try. I just found out that warm-hot water is the key. I used to always use room temperature water… I put my favorite ingredients on this irregularly shaped pizza and it is so good!

[100% organic]
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 225 mL warm-hot water (a little less than 1 cup)
- One 9-gram packet of active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 TB olive oil
- Deli slices of prosciutto
- Deli slices of pancetta
- Deli slices of black forest ham
- Chopped rapini
- Handful of baby spinach leaves
- Slices of bell peppers, green and red
- Quarter of onion, sliced
- Mozzarella cheese, sliced and shredded
- Tomato sauce
Instructions:
- Mix flour with the yeast, sugar, and salt
- Make a well in the center and add water mixed with olive oil
- Knead dough until elastic and smooth
- Cover and put it in a warm place and let it rise, approximately 2 hours
- Preheat oven to 450ºF
- Knead dough before you cut it, a minute or two
- Cut the dough and roll it however thick or big you want
- Oil the bottom of a pan on high heat and cook one side for 2 minutes
- Remove from pan and put on a pizza oven dish
- Layer the pizza: tomato sauce, onion, leafy vegetables, meats, bell peppers, then top with cheese; put the shredded cheese in the nooks & crannies of the cheese slices
- Bake for 15 minutes

The cost to make this pizza: $31.47 I made 6 pizzas so that’s $5.25 for one!
