I wasn’t planning on making this today, I was just going to cook it the old Chinese way but at the last minute I searched on Taste Spotting for a recipe and came across this one. Luckily I had all the ingredients at home so I was all set!

Ok, I’m a little bit sick of pasta. I will continue my pasta cravings tomorrow or Sunday. I’ve been looking for a recipe for my leftover corn meal from the polenta pizza I made on 2/23/09. And what do I love to eat? Shrimp!
It’s kind of ugly but your taste buds will be blown away!! [...]

The mango and avocado were supposed to be standing up together in a tower but it toppled over once I flipped it over onto the plate. I should have put the avocado on the top, instead of the bottom, because my mangoes were sturdier than the soft avocados. But it’s ok, it’s the leaning tower [...]

3.75 cups flour, sifted
2 tsp [...]

I have no idea how to cook oysters so [...]

I don’t know any other way to cook colossal scallops? They’ve gotten more expensive in the past year or so. Actually, everything has gone up. I don’t know what I should pair these up with… any suggestions?
