Recipe can be found here. I ran out of dried shrimp so there isn’t that in there and I used red chili pepper flakes instead of whole dried peppers.
The clams I used in last night’s bisque.


This took me less than 10 minutes to make, blanching included. I love the colors and it was very good! I wish raw fish was cheaper.

0.75 lbs green beans, ends removed, halved
0.5 lb minced pork
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 TB ginger, diced
