I had some live mussels and a packet of linguine at home so I made this:

5 garlic cloves, diced
1 large onion, chopped
1 can of 28 oz. diced tomatoes
1-3 TB red pepper flakes (I like it very spicy)
1 tsp ground black pepper
3 tsp dried basil
3 tsp dried oregano

Risotto is always fun to cook. Maybe when I cook this for the second time, I’m going to remove the mussels from its shell and put them with the rice itself.
