Cheesy Polenta with Shrimp
I had some leftover corn meal from the ugly creamy polenta dish last time and I found another recipe that involved polenta and shrimp. I already loved the taste of it when it was still cooking.

Tomato Risotto with Mussels

Risotto is always fun to cook. Maybe when I cook this for the second time, I’m going to remove the mussels from its shell and put them with the rice itself.
