豆腐乳炒空心菜
In Cantonese cuisine, there aren’t many spicy dishes. And when they do use chili peppers, it’s not added to an extreme amount like in Sichuan cuisine; the spiciness is just for some flavor. This recipe is just a simple stir-fry but it’s so good!!!
Ingredients:
2 pieces of fermented bean curd
Water spinach
4 cloves garlic (sliced)
5 dried chili [...]

Broiled Oysters
I was going to eat this raw and make the same sauce that I had at Eddie V’s but after seeing the Whole Foods seafood guy shuck the oysters on the same cutting board with the fish that I bought… I thought it would have been unsanitary.
I have no idea how to cook oysters so [...]

Seared Colossal Scallops
I don’t know any other way to cook colossal scallops? They’ve gotten more expensive in the past year or so. Actually, everything has gone up. I don’t know what I should pair these up with… any suggestions?

This takes 30 minutes to bake at 450°F. You can use any fish steak/fillet, one inch thick, and then season it with anything you want. The juices from the vegetables, the lemon, and the butter is savory to drink.
