Seafood Market? In Austin? YAY!
I went to Whole Foods Thanksgiving Feast sample event. There were way too many people there and the lines were ridiculously long. I did not see regular Whole Foods shoppers there… there were some people who did not belong… like ginormous people… ugh. I think the best “food” I had was the mushroom sage gravy. [...]

Thai Red Curry with Seafood
I don’t like curry at all. I don’t eat Indian food and when I do eat Thai food, I avoid the curry. But since I told myself that I should give certain foods that I don’t like another chance, I decided to make Thai red curry tonight for dinner.
The smell is definitely very aromatic – [...]

I was going to eat this raw and make the same sauce that I had at Eddie V’s but after seeing the Whole Foods seafood guy shuck the oysters on the same cutting board with the fish that I bought… I thought it would have been unsanitary.
I have no idea how to cook oysters so [...]

Frozen Tiramisu
This is my fourth time making tiramisu but I still cannot get it to the correct consistency before chilling it. I have to put it in the freezer because if I didn’t, it would be all sloppy and mushy. When I take it out of the freezer, I allow it to thaw for 1-2 minutes [...]
